Material Identity Data Paramters

Where, if possible, can I add parameters to the Material Identity Data?

Settings - Project Parameters, pick materials from the categry list

This sets the parameter to Material type. I need to actually add parameters to this list (see attached image)



edit: I see what you're saying now. Thanks! The problem was that I was trying to do this for a family instead of within a project. Now the question is how can I do this for materials in a family? Looks like all materials would have to gain this information from the project with that parameter
