Can you swap your network connection any try again.? By doing so, you can make out whether it is a problem with the network connection. By the way your question is too general. It will be very difficult to diagnose the problem with very less details.

Well, i don't have access to that. we are a big firm and only the it people can do that. but it's weird that only that computer does that and everything is normal. (all settings are correct and paths are fine) anything else?

I have the same/similar problem. A user complained that AutoCAD would load 99% of a drawing (little blue bar displayed this). Then it would sit for 60+ seconds, then it would complete, load the xrefs then display the drawing.

The drawing opens fine on my PC. We are using the same version of AutoCAD with the same profile.

One day he shows up at my desk thanking me for fixing it. I told him I didn't do anything. Oh well, I like problems that just go away.

One week later he shows up again saying it's doing it again?!?!?!? I guess it didn't go away.

This is happening on two computers out of 45 in our office.

This usually is a matter of looking for something on a network (as suggested earlier).
Filemon may help you to find out what it is.
