FATAL ERROR: Unhandled c000000dh Exception at 781477a9h

When I start AutoCAD Architecture 2008 it loads all the way until it gets to "Regenerating Model" then displays the error: FATAL ERROR: Unhandled c000000dh Exception at 781477a9h.
I have windows XP
Up to date windows service packs
Have tried installing and uninstalling autocad
Have tried installing the autocad service pack
Have tried restarting computer after install
Im at a loss PLEASE HELP

Is this usefull by Autodesk .

Welcome as well, does this file have an image in it? if so, have you installed the raster hotfix?
