    Also, in a similar fashion, you can add or delete any internal node, so in fact spline is a pretty editable entity afterall... True, it's far behind Corel's editability of splines but it isn't totaly useless...

    Like so many things in Revit, you just have to KNOW.

    That's one of the reasons AUGI is so fantastic; it is a way that we get to KNOW.

    Yes can snap to the end of another line or spline, but you can't snap back to the start of spline you started.

    The tab trick is very helpful. Thanks

    Also, as you move it you can snap it to the end of another line (or any other snap point). So, true, you can't trim it (bugger) but at least you can accurately position the end node on any snap point of another object (i.e. closing the loop). See pictures below.
