Best mouse for CAD

OK late to the game on this one but I use a Bamboo Tablet (oldr version of this) on the right hand side and a Logitech G13 programable keypad on the left.

Here is what I really want though!!!

I'm still using (my second one) Microsoft trackball explorer.. It saves me from Carpal T and I just plain love it for cad over a mouse. I like it so much that I have one at home, it is just to bad that Microsoft quit selling them.
