Adjustable Shelves

I would like to know whether it's possible to create an Adjustable Shelving family in which I can specify the number and spacing of shelves as an instance parameter.

If it's possible, any suggestions on how to get there would be great.

Here's one I've been working on. You have to add your own books.

Please let me know how it works in the real world... I've only used it a few times and so far no problems but it's my first really parametric family and I would like to learn from any mistakes is has.
