Not to my knowledge - this is about it. Although you could try looking for object styles under support and downloads on Autodesk's website for ACA or in the styles forum here.

There's also the online Design Center. As for one mass place, this is about it. But, if you want things like Marvin Windows, you can get those styles along with the Tool Pallet from their website. I'm assuming that you are just looking for content. What type are you looking? You can also use things like solids from the Accurender site. Let us know what kind of things you are looking for and we may be able to give you a place to look.
