    Default Design Center display issues

We have a station here that, when you open up design center, it defaults to the previous folder that was displayed. Even if you go to the documentation pull down and select a specific category it still defaults to whatever you were in previously. Annoying. I've done some searches on this site and the autodesk discussion groups but I'm coming up empty. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not sure if this will have any impact on this,
what are the setting you have under Explorer, Tools
    Folder Options, View, Remember Folders?
    Is it on or off?

Yes, it's set up to remember each folder's view settings. This doesn't seem to be a factor as my station has the same setting but the design center functions as it should.

Have a look at this http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet...linkID=2475323

Also I think there are a few utilities posted on the Exchange
that will let you compare the working, against the not working
    machine

Is the content path in the AEC Content tab of the Options menu set to the as installed directory (Autodesk Architectural Desktop X\Content\Imperial)? We have this same issue with all our workstations as we have set up a central server location for the design center files and all stations are directed to look there. The Menu commands (i.e. _AecDcSetImpCeiling) appear to have the default directory location hardwired. I haven't found a work around, and we just live with it.
