Rotated Dim in IDW

Can anyone tell if it is possible to create a dimension similar to the "Rotated" dimension in Autocad. I'm trying to dimension the overall length of a steel tube that has both ends cut at an angle, and I'm trying to tell the shop how long the cut piece must be for initial cut. See the attached screen shot for clarification.

If I understand correctly, you should be able to to right click before you place the dimension (when it's still previewing), and choose 'Aligned'.

This should do what you want.

Aligned will not work in this case.
You need to create a sketch in the view.
If so desired you can then drag the dimension to the projected intersection and a virtual intersection will be created.

Click on the thumbnail for an animation.
