ACAD Architecture 2008 fatal errors

through the week I am having a user to is constantly getting run time errors, fatal errors, crashes,, not it also creating problems with Outlook. Last week he had to Blue Screen's of Death and our IT manager installed a new video driver. This user is a high end cad user who also does rendering and any work lately involved editing windows styles or wall styles causes problems in all the drawings he does.. Any clue to what these mean:

I believe it's to do with your graphics card not being Open GL compatible and having the hardware accelerator enabled. Try turning off the hardware accelerator..

I gave the suggestion to the user and his response was.."I tried it and everything on screen look like garbage. It might work for just doing line work, but takes away from the 3d capabilities."

Anymore ideas of what the problem could be?

Does their PC meet the system requirements needed to run ACA2008 ? What graphics card are they running?

Also have you installed Service Pack 1, they fixed a few things regarding 3D display.

well the user is actually waiting to get a new rendering computer from BoxxTech but for now I think he has either Nvidia Quadro fx 3400/4400 or fx 1300
