Sheet List Index

I work for an Engineering firm that does Mech., Plumbing, and Electrical. We like to put a sheet index on the first sheet of each discipline's drawings.

When I insert a sheet list index, it has all three discipline's sheets because they are all in the SSM.

I would like to be able to delete the Plumbing and Electrical sheet references, but I cannot. I can delete the information, but not the rows.

Does anyone know how this can be accomplished?
