Default C3D drawing will only save as TMP...any ideas?

We are a multi-discipline firm that has a civil designer that is having a problem with saving the drawing. When saving, the file will only save as a .TMP. Only after many attempts, can the file be saved correctly. The C3D station has all of the same rights to save to the server as the others in the office. The station recently had a new hard drive installed and C3D was a complete new install with SP2. Has anyone seen this problem? If so, any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

We had this issue several years ago and it was not limited to Civil 3D. It happened in LDT and Map as well. We fixed (improved) it by changing some setting in our anti-virus. See http://forums.augi.com/showthread.ph...ight=%2Atmp%2A.

    Thanks for the suggestion Jeff.
I'll pass the information on to our IT department.
You have been a great help!
