Fatal Errors, run time errors

through the week I am having a user to is constantly getting run time errors, fatal errors, crashes,, not it also creating problems with Outlook. Last week he had to Blue Screen's of Death and our IT manager installed a new video driver. This user is a high end cad user who also does rendering and any work lately involved editing windows styles or wall styles causes problems in all the drawings he does.. Any clue to what these mean:

Runtime Error! Program c:....
R6025- pure virtual function call

Program Errors were detected, recommend that you save your work and restart the program... then followed by Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x11c6eea4 Exception at 6206f549h
