    holy SMOKES that is one massive swimmin' pool!!!

    but you forgot the reflections of the fireworks on the water surface in the pool.

    I was just about to say that. I wonder if mental ray can project light from the fireworks to illuminate the pool. That would ba AWESOME!!!

    sure it can, just go ahead and model the firework, then apply a self-illuminating material.

    Maybe setting the fireworks image as an HDRI and raising the value to illuminate the scene.

    Good Job,

    but work a little more in the firework, they are strong and biggest and its get all atentions from pool and is putting the pool for second place.
