2009 render crash

Just started using ACA 2009. every time i render even at a low res it appears to crash but just closes without any warning or error report. This problem does not occur on the same dwg with similar settings on 2008.

The computer i am working on is fairly new and it uses windows XP.

does anyone have any clues on why this problem is occurring?

Yes, I am having the same problems with ACA2009. I haven't tried to find a solution yet. Any help from here would be much appreciated also!
