Tool Space missing

Just installed SP2 for C3D and my tool space has gone awol. Whenever i try to open the toolspace from the General menu or showts i get

There are currently no palettes to show in the Toolspace window.

Any ideas anyone ???

I have no idea why that would happen. First thing I would try is a repair install.

I am having the same problem on a fresh installation of c3d 2009. all other installations (ldd, map, vault etc) done at the same time are working fine. should this be reinstalled also?? none of the commands are working in c3d.

You probably don't need to reinstall the whole product, you can try a repair or you could copy the original cui from the UserDataCache folder under the install dir in Program Files.

2009 did the same thing for me. It is getting the cui's mixed up. Once it loads the acad.cui thinking its the civil.cui you have lost your menus and toolspace etc.

a repair should fix this but i just unistalled and continued on with 2008 for the time being.
