quick access tool bar

i have lost my quick access tool bar and i not sure how to open it back up

One possibility....
Open the CUI and make sure the QAT is enabled in your workspace.

ok i don't see the setting for (QAT is enabled )

but i did delete all the tools from it and then started re adding them and it came up so i hope this helps someone in the future.
