    Default hide/isolate

I wishI could use the hide button and make the hide permanent on a per view basis. I don;t want to hide the whole family permanently, maybe some floors in a view not all floors. Also anything that is hidden will show up when I print.

You can achieve what you are looking at using worksets and depending on the type of element subcategories can go ome of the way to achieving it too, though I don't think floors for example will respond to this.
