Hatch command deactivated

Does anybody knows the solution for the hatch command, while working the hatch command is getting deactivated

Appreciated your help in this regards

2008 SP1 was supposed to fix this, and 2009 is really, really supposed to fix it. More clues in Bug Watch February 2006, March 2006, May 2006, September 2006, November 2006, July 2007 and November 2007.
