Palette Groups

I have my Tool Palettes shared over several offices now but I just wanted to confirm that when each user sets their tool palette path to the correct network location they still have create each group manually and drag the correct palettes to the corresponding group.

If there is a way to get the groups created/sorted beforehand please let me know how.

FYI
It seems that once you start sharing over a network the use of groups are not ideal. Most people are separating their groups in a different folder and just creating a macro on each TP to toggle between the different tool palette paths.

There is one problem with this. Everytime you switch paths the view options resets to large icons. (really annoying)
