Reference Drawing Properties Fields with MS Access?
My company is trying to incorporate our many, many folders of drawing files into something indexable, and create a table of drawings. We would like to avoid entering data manually. We have several custom fields in the drawing properties of our DWGs, which are used to populate the title blocks in each DWG. Those fields contain all the relevant DWG info we would include in a table.
How can I get at the custom fields in a DWG from another application, such at MS Access?
Been Googling and searching the forums, to no avail.
