Default Is there any recognised standard(s) for pen thicknesses to pen colour?

I am trying to determine whether there is an ISO or BS that covers the assignment of pen colour to its thickness. I will be working with other consultants on the same project and everyone thinks that their standards are the best and ought to be used!

    British Standards Online

    ISO Online
