Add distance dialog box in block editor missing. Help Please!

ACAD 2009

When I open a Block in Block editor, and I select a distance parameter, go to Properties and select Dist List to add a distance to the List, I get no dialog box. I can't tell if the box is off my screen or what. Other machines in the office open the block just fine and the dialog box is there. I can't for the life of me figure out what is going on. Any Ideas? I am pulling my hair out over this one.

Also, I posted in 2008 but am using ACAD 2009, but could not find 2009 general discussion. Sorry if I'm in the wrong spot!

Dialog maybe off the screen.

When you get to the point that it is supposed to be there, press ALT+Space, then "M", then use the arrow keys to move the dialog back into place.

It was such an easy fix, I felt dumb after it was fixed.

I am not much of a keyboard user in windows, mostly just autocad.
Maybe I should spend some time learning those basic cammands for windows!
