Default Tiled material maps rendering with black lines

So I just started having some problems with my tiled materials. Whenever I render something, any material that is a tiled bitmap renders with black lines, and the farther away the camera is the more dark the lines become. I am not sure what I did, or how to fix it. I am using 3ds Max Design 2013 (Infrastructure suite), and mental ray. Any help is appreciated. See attached image for what is happening. Thanks.

    Couple things to look at:

    1) Set your Bitmap Blur to 0.01 and see if that helps.
    2) What anti-alias/settings are you using?

Also: are the materials Standard or Arch & Design?
