iPart Fillets not working

Hello, I'm creating an iPart and the 3d fillets do not work for some of the larger iParts. I've attached the part so you can take a look. The desired fillets are already there and working on the smaller models. For some reason, it says to try a smaller radius for the larger parts when you diagnose the problem. It is not obvious to me, why the desired fillets are not working. Please note that the fillet radius is based on an iPart table value, "Outlet_OD".
