3D Layer Setting Default to 2D Layer Settings

Summary: To have 3D layers default to the assigned 2D layers.

Description: To have 3D layers default to the assigned 2D layers...put in place an override for 3D layers that will differ from the 2D layer.

How Used: I would not have to change the 3D layer as well when creating new styles.
