I believe it is only accessible through the command line; which is the way you are doing it.

Wish List item? Does anyone have an idea if this will be changing?

Most third-party purgers give you the option.

I've been using SuperPurge since r14. Owen is always great at keeping his products up-to-date.

    Hi Johan

Please note I have *moved* this thread from the CAD Mgmt. General forum to this one, as I feel this particular forum is a more appropriate place for such a topic.

    Thanks, Mike

Still behaves in the same manner in 2008.

Does anyone know if anything bad can happen by purging regapps, like if something needed them or something?

Not to my knowledge. Reg apps are usually created by verticals of AutoCAD or by apps that are loaded on top of AutoCAD. If they have been abandond or are no longer needed, then gone they are. If they are needed again, the app will recreate them. I've only experianced good from purging regapps which makes me wonder why it's not included in purge all sometimes. I saw a drawing once that came from a civil firm and was being used as a background for a site planning drawing in an architectural office. There were over 30k regapps purged from the drawing. Needless to say, the file stopped crashing after that...

Vanilla acad can also add regapps. As Steve said (above), if they are required, they get reloaded so no harm done.

Huh, I didn't know vanilla could do that, too.

Hmm. I have been using MAP at work for so long that I didn't really even consider the possibility.

WHOA 30k regapps??? The most I've gotten is like 250.

Thanks for the little peace of mind there, guys!
