MLeader Text to stay Horizontal

Summary: When viewing Mleader text in a viewport that has been twisted, the text should remain horizontal.

Description: I would like AutoCAD to keep Mleader text that are in Model space to stay horizontal when being viewed in a twisted viewport in paperspace.

How Used: Right now, if you create an mleader in modelspace and the text is horizontal and then you create a viewport in paperspace and then twist that viewport, the mleader and text twists with it. If the text would stay horizontal, it would cut down on having to create multiple leaders in paperspace.

What you are talking about makes it sound like the event is predictable when in fact it seems to do randomly and then not switching back. I have had to create different styles to use with the same scale in order not to have things flip and not flip when I rotate around the plan.

I also wish that regular dimensions could flip to the correct orientation when the ucs changes.

I find it hard to imagine any other behaviour. Objects in modelspace are, generally, expected to stay where you put them.
If this change of behaviour is applied to MLeaders, what other objects would then become the next target for a similar change?
