Autocad 2005 needs to be able to extrude a solid 3d object by starting with a square and ending with a circle. This would be great for duct work and some pipe fittings. Must be a solid and not a surface.

AutoCAD or Revit? (Revit needs this functionality, but it doesn't have to be a solid!)
