Import Field Book
I have searched the discussion groups and still can not find a solution to my problem. When I use insert field book my symbols are not inserted into AutoCAD. AutoCAD inserts default symbols on the current layer.
Using the insert points routine the symbols come in on the right layer with the right symbol.
Line work comes in fine.
What am I missing?

Not real sure. Which vertical are you using? Maybe a moderator can move this to one of the Infrastructure forums to get you some better results.
If you have a technical question, please find the appropriate forum and ask it there.
