Option to Highlight Overridden Dimensions

Summary: An option that will highlight dimensions that have had the text overridden.

Description: Forced Dimension text to be highlighted.
where text in a dimension is overridden it is highlighted in a colour.
Ability to turn the feature on and off controlled by drawing variable. eg DIMASSOTEXT 0 or 1
Colour of overridden text colour controlled by another drawing variable eg DIMASSOTEXTCOLOUR
0-255

How Used: This would quickly allow a user to determine if dimension text displayed on a drawing has been overridden thus highlighting potential for inaccuracy in final drawing
