Ability to Edit Anonymous Blocks

Summary: The ability to edit/remove anonymous blocks.

Description: We have had occasions where a contractor has created anonymous blocks in a drawing. It would be nice to be able to search for them and edit them. The latest occasion was a civil drawing where the blocks were created from text with a wipeout, and the wipeout was on top and would not print properly.

How Used: Anonymous blocks are a pain, since you can't insert them except from the command prompt, and you can't export the data that they contain.
