Layer Properties Manager not appearing

I am using AutoCAD 2007 and recently the Layer Properties Manager dialogue does not appear. If I type LAYER on the command line or use the toolbar, AutoCAD appears to lose focus yet the Layer Properties Manager does not appear. AutoCAD remains hung until I hit Escape. No other errors or symptoms are present.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Ryan,

It is probably off of the screen. Execute the layer command, then press ALT+Spacebar, then M and see if you can move it back on using the arrow keys (usually the left arrow key).
