Default Order of menu entries in Enterprise CUI

I seem to be struggling with the order menus appear in if included in the Enterprise CUI.
Any menus included in the Enterpise always come up on the left of the menus (before File). Really want the menus to appear on the right after Help / Express.
I have tried altering the Aliases POP numbers, but this make no difference.
I appreciate even including menus seems like an outmoded UI, but for now I still have users that insist on having drop down menus for layers etc.

You need to create a workspace that has the menus in the order you desire.

Many thanks for the beautifully simple answer.
    Easy when you know how.
