Using the File > Export... option on the pulldown menus (EXPORT command), you can export an ACA 2008 file to V8 DGN format. What shape that file is in, and whether any of the AEC objects are in any way usable in it is beyond my ability to test, as I do not have access to Microstation. I would imagine that most vanilla AutoCAD things would make the transition, but you might need to Export to AutoCAD to create a copy of your ACA file with AEC objects converted to AutoCAD objects if the final goal is to have something that can be edited in Microstation. I would highly doubt that the Export command would take AEC objects and convert them to the equivalent object in Bentley Architecture.
