I figured it out…All your CAD drawings (including Xrefs) have to be in TRUE 2007 and above file format. Meaning you CAN’T just open the previous versions dwgs and do a Save As. You have to Copy/Paste over to a newly created drawing in 2007 and above.
Humm. Never heard of that. Can someone else confirm this? I've been importing and linking DWG files from AutoCAD 2004, 2006, 2007, with no problems so far...
Thanks for the input anyway.

Here's an update:
We've tested with other drawings and it seems to be fine. The only other thing that I can think of is the Xref circulate drawings (drawings that have been linked in already) conflicts...Anyone with any thoughts...
Thanks,

In AutoCAD we always xref files in as "overlay" just to be certain that we don't have any issues with "Circular References" when these files are linked into other files.
Ok, I think I got it this time... I've noticed that when dwgs that being Xref into host dwg, there is this long list of Scale List (coming from Building Systems Cad dwg), it will crash in RAC2009, but if I get rid of them, RAC2009 doesn't crash at all.
