Linking CAD file Issue

I'm working on a Revit 2009 project, which we have multiple CAD links into it. The problem I'm having is that when I link a new CAD file into the Revit project, it comes in much bigger than it should. I verified the settings in CAD so that the file is in Architectural units and using inches. The origin is set to the center of the project. I don't understand what is going on. This has been a file that has been linked before and it worked fine and now it's coming in scaled up. Any suggestions on how to fix this other than scaling he CAD file down?

I have noticed that it often ignores the cad units, set it in manually on the import screen and it should come in fine.
