Default Turn off "Enter a point description" prompt?

When creating COGO points manually, the user is prompted to
    Enter a point description <.>:
Does anyone know how to turn this off so that the only prompt we receive is for the elevation of the point?

From the Point menu, select Point Settings, then, on the Create tab, set Descriptions to "None" and it won't prompt for them.

When I tried the above it didn't work. I change settings but they don't stay saved and I still need to hit enter to change the point. Anyu idea why? I'm using Civil 2025. Thank you!
