Problem with basic dynamic block

It's been a few months since i've created a dynamic block. My most common trick with the dynamic block is attributes that i can move and rotate. Pretty asic stuff. For some reason it doesn't want to work for me noew. Here's what I do.

1.) create my attribute with ATTDEF
2.) place a point parameter on the attribute
3.) set a move action selecting my attribute and the point parameter

This is where I have the problem. When I select the two I get this..
"1 unlocked AttDef filtered from selection."

I don't want it to be filtered from my selection!!! Needless to say, the move doesn't work when back in Model Space.

open your attribute's properties dialog and make sure that the location is set to locked. (locked "on" I believe).

And reassociate the move. It should work then.
