No export option for tool palettes

Hello,
I'm running ACA 2008 and I'm having trouble exporting a custom tool palette for use by others over a network. According to the help file I should have an export option when right clicking the palette name in the Customize dialog but the only options I get are Rename, New Palette and Delete. I suspect it's something simple but I can't figure out why there's no export option. Any help would be appreciated.

What i do is set a custom catalog somewhere on the server. Drag your custom palettes to the custom catalog. Now on the other pc's use the eye dropper and select the palettes from that location. Also if you link the palette to that catalog, and you update the palette all pc's using that custom palette will update.

Thanks Bob, that worked great. What seemed to happen is as soon as I added the server path to the users Tool Palettes File Locations search path in the Options dialog it automatically loaded the palette.
