Fatal error on start up

I am getting Unhandled e06d7363h exception at 76c342ebh every time I start Autocad. Any ideas as to what to do?

if this is a recent installation, you might try a repair install....or you might try it anyway. Perhaps a file got corrupt? might be worth a shot.

I deleted 2008, 2009 and random files left behind then reinstalled Autocad 2009. See how it goes now.
