    Default Can't install Impression

    I've downloaded Impression from the Autodesk Subscription site twice, once with Firefox, once with MSIE. Using either, I get the attached message, and I can't install. Is there a fix?

    Does the attempt to install extract all of the files to the designated folder or does it fail during the file extraction?

    Have you attempted to extract the files from the exe file (right click > extract to) and then run setup.exe from the extracted files? I've had luck with this method in the past when the original exe would "trip up" during it's extraction process.

    If you don't have an app loaded will extract outside of running the exe, I believe that WinZip and WinRar both have 30 day demos available that will accomplish this.

    It seemed it was failing during the extraction. I downloaded WinZip and extracted the install files that way. All is good now.
