Cool Turn on multiple visibilities at once?

Is it possible to turn on multiple visiblities at the same time with a dynamic block? I have an interior elevation tag that has four arrows (up, down, right, left). Sometimes i only need one of the arrows, which is fine (just create 4 visibility states for up, down, right, & left). But what about the times that I need both left and right to show up, or right and up, or all four for that matter. Is there some way that I can choose to turn more than one of them on at once?

You'd have to create a vis state for all of the various conditions you may run into.
