    Default C3D Surface not shown

I created a surface from existing blocks and contours (polylines) in C3D and the surface seems to exist but no matter what I do I can't see it.
If I zoom to (through right clicking) it takes me to the right location but it doesn't show.
Can anyone please take a look at the attached file and tell me if you find anything wrong.
I'm a new user to C3D and not sure if it is a setting issue or just a switch I'm missing.
I thought it might be my hardware... but this computer is:
    Dell Optiplex GX620 3.4GHz w/3GB of ram and 256MB Radeon X1300pro

also, the drawing is about 5MB and doesn't have much information in it, purged and audited...?!@

    Thanks.

    What's the file N06227SS-0e.xml contain?
Also, I'm able to get elevations from the surface, but there doesn't seem to be any definitions for your surface.

The XML was one of my tests to export and then import the surface to see if it will show.
It did not work. I also was able to list spots and slopes and as I wrote above even zoom to the surface but I'm still not able to see it.

This is the second time I'm running into this situation and I tried everything I know to solve it.

Do you get the same resault I got? are you able to recreate it and see the surface?

    Thanks for looking into this.

I'm able to import the XML file into a clean drawing and it shows up fine there. I'm using one of the provided template files that 2008 comes with. Also work with one of the templates my company uses.
My only guess right now is that it might be some setting in your template that you used to create the drawing.
Hopefully someone can come by (with more knowledge of this than me) and shed some light on this problem.
