part builder

Civil 3d-09:

Under pipes --> then part builder, I click on any structure ----> then modify part sizes.
From here it opens up the working block with whatever part I selected to modify. My problem is the properties box with all the parameters that usually opens with the block is not showing up. Any command I can type in to make this appear. Thanks for your help and suggestions.

At first blush it seems like the properties palette is coming up in a ficticious area of your screen.

Another trick is to change your screen resolution to force AutoCAD to reposition things.
