    Unhappy Revit Fatal Error Message

We have a user that keeps getting this message when working in families. I was able to repeat it once and only once and i remodeled his family so it had less voids and extrusions and it did not crash. So he began modeling this way and still was able to get this fatal error. The most recent family was 15 pieces and 282kb. I've attached 2 images one shows the error the other is an image of the object right before it crashes it begins to look see through, in which case he said he knew to save and exit. You can see it is in shading with edges mode and looks like wireframe. Is anyone else having the same error or have any ideas what this could be?

I noticed that the image showing the error message also shows the model in background as a mix of wireframe and shaded. I've seen Revit crashing because of views that show exactly like that. It was related to either graphic drivers that weren't updated or th OpenGL option with in Revit options that was turned ON on a computer that doesn't support OpenGL.

If you haven't done yet, you may want to check it.

Have not been getting that one but once in a blue moon I will get an error message on RAC2009 when closing it out. It is NOT consistent!
