Default Rendering using Revit's Mental Ray

Can you UVW map materials in revit with mental ray, even in the most basic way?

I'd like to be able to use our Revit licenses to render presentation perspectives, but I'm used to Max.

We may also have need to render old projects which were modelled in SketchUp. If I had max I cold import them and map materials to render a scene. Can I do this with Revit? even if it's awkward or clumsy?

    Any way?

If you had to how would you do it?

The UVW mapping of materials is linked to the alignmnet of the material's Model Pattern (examine a brick material for an example). If your model pattern is aligned, then your render material should be too.

I'll have to look in the help for "model pattern"
