Hello

I remember there is a way of specifying VG view range just for a certain area and not the whole level. But I can't remember how.

I am modelling in place a stair in concrete so it blends with my concrete frame properly. But the view range for the floor doesn't show all the stair. I want to specify a different view range just for the core.

Look at Plan Regions (under View >> Plan Views pull down). That sounds like what you are looking for.
