Excel - Cannot Open A Pasted Excel File

I pasted Excel in AutoCAD 2009. Now I cannot open the file to edit. I cannot open it by either double-clicking it or using the OLE in the object open menu. When I try either, I get the error:

FIRST DIALOG BOX ERROR:
Microsoft Visual Basic - Error accessing file. Network connection may have been lost.

SECOND DIALOG BOX ERROR:
AutoCAD - Insufficient Memory to perform operation.

How can I open this pasted Excel to open it.

On base of first error it seems that file is shared on network.
check network..

The Excel file is on the network alright, however, I am the only one using the file.
