I'm also trying to add an image tile menu in acad 2009, i don't have a mnu file, i need to do this with a cui file, but how does the alliases work?
The menu appears, but the images is empty, it is in my support search path etc...

Are your images separate slide files, or contained in a slide library?
FWIW, tool palettes are just as effective as slide menus.
